We built Fidecard to help local businesses bring their customers back. A platform that brings together digital loyalty cards, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, customer management and automated Google review requests.
Fidecard is a proprietary product, designed, built and operated by Digitalis Connect for local businesses: restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hair salons, barbers, beauty salons, shops and gyms.
For a local business, building loyalty often takes several tools: a card to stamp, a customer file, Google reviews to ask for. Loyalty had to be simpler, with the essentials brought together in a single interface.
The business owner creates a card in their own image: business type, name, colour, reward and number of stamps. Customers sign up by scanning a QR code, their card is scanned at the till on every visit, and stamps and rewards are tracked effortlessly. Customers are gathered in a CRM, and Google review requests go out automatically.
A simple journey for the business owner, who sets up their card in a few choices with a live preview. For customers, the card sits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and is shown at the till in one gesture.
