How much does a professional website cost? Our prices, plan by plan
Starter at €1,299, Business at €1,999, Elite from €3,199: what each plan includes, what makes the price of a website vary and how to choose well.

“How much does a website cost?” It's often the first question people ask us on WhatsApp, and it's the right one. The honest answer comes in two parts: a clear starting price, then a scope that depends on what your website needs to do. Here is what our prices cover, what makes a budget go up or down, and how to choose the right plan.
Our three website plans at a glance
Three levels, the same standard of quality. The table repeats what each plan includes, as listed on the Pricing page: what defines each level.
| Starter | Business | Elite | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | €1,299 | €1,999 | From €3,199 |
| Type of project | Custom showcase website | Premium, animated website | Web application or SaaS platform |
| Design | Custom, mobile responsive | Premium custom design, advanced animations | Fully custom application |
| Features | Contact forms | Online shop or booking | Admin dashboard, Stripe payments and subscriptions, API integrations, AI automation |
| Visibility and tracking | Core SEO | Advanced SEO and analytics | Real-time analytics |
| Support | CMS setup | Priority support, copywriting assistance | Scope detailed in the quote |
Starter, Business, Elite: what each plan covers
Starter, €1,299: a custom showcase website
Starter is for businesses that need a solid online presence: tradespeople, shops, practices, freelancers. The website is designed for you rather than assembled from a theme, for phones as much as for desktops.
The plan includes a CMS setup, so you can edit your texts and images without calling us, contact forms and core SEO: the groundwork that helps Google understand who you are, what you offer and where you work.
Business, €1,999: a premium website that sells or takes bookings
Business is the plan we recommend when the website has to do more than present you: sell online or take bookings. The design moves up to premium, with advanced animations, in the spirit of the transitions you may have seen on our Instagram.
You also get advanced SEO with analytics, to see where your visitors come from, priority support and copywriting assistance: we help you put your message into words, often the hardest part.
Elite, from €3,199: an application or a SaaS platform
Elite is a different category: it's no longer a website but a product. Customer accounts, subscriptions, dashboards, automation: a fully custom web application, with its own database architecture, Stripe payments, API integrations and AI automation workflows.
The price reads “from” because no two platforms ever have the same scope. The full scope of the plan is listed on the Pricing page, and every Elite project comes with a quote that sets it out. For concrete examples, see OutilsIA or SaaS Builder.
What makes the price of a website vary
With us or anyone else, the same factors drive a budget. Knowing them helps you compare quotes that otherwise can't be compared.
- What the website has to do. Presenting, selling, taking bookings, managing customer accounts: every function adds screens and testing.
- The level of design. A clean layout and an animated art direction don't take the same amount of work.
- The number of page templates. More than the number of pages, what counts is the number of different layouts.
- Your content. Copy, photos, logo: ready, they speed the project up; still to produce, they slow it down.
- Connections to other tools. Payments, calendar, CRM, email marketing: every integration has to be configured and tested.
- Languages. A bilingual website means a second version of every text and every SEO tag.
- Life after launch. Updates, checks, small changes: that is what maintenance is for.
How to choose the right plan
Step 1
Start from the goal, not the feature list
Getting contacted, selling online or running a subscription service: the goal almost always points to the plan.
Step 2
List what visitors need to be able to do
Fill in a form, pay, book, log in? Every “transactional” action moves you up a level.
Step 3
Take stock of your content
If writing worries you, the copywriting assistance in the Business plan can make the difference.
Step 4
Think about what comes next
Who will keep the website up to date? The CMS makes you independent for content; maintenance takes over for the technical side.
Step 5
Talk before you sign
A first conversation, on WhatsApp or on a call, confirms the plan and defines the scope. Torn between two levels? That's the moment to discuss it.
After launch: maintenance plans
A website isn't finished the day it goes live. Our monthly plans look after it and help it evolve. They come on top of the website creation: they do not include it.
Website creation
- One price per plan: €1,299, €1,999 or from €3,199
- Design and development of your website
- Scope defined together, then set out in the quote
Monthly maintenance
- Three plans: €49, €99 or €199 per month
- Technical upkeep, checks and changes depending on the plan
- Comes on top of the creation, does not include it
Essentiel, €49/month: to look after a showcase website
- Routine technical maintenance
- Updates compatible with your stack
- Monthly check of forms and key links
- Check of available backups
- Email support
Sérénité, €99/month: to maintain the site and keep its content up to date
- Everything in Essentiel
- Up to 1 hour of small changes per month
- Updates to texts and images you provide
- Monthly performance check
- Email and WhatsApp support
Évolution, €199/month: to keep improving the site on a regular basis
- Everything in Essentiel
- Up to 3 hours of changes per month in total
- Adjustments to existing sections and user journeys
- Monthly review of priority improvements
- Priority email and WhatsApp support
Key takeaways
- Starter (€1,299) for a custom showcase website, Business (€1,999) to sell or take bookings, Elite (from €3,199) for an application or a SaaS platform.
- The price depends mainly on what the website has to do, the level of design and how ready your content is.
- Maintenance (€49, €99 or €199/month) is separate from the creation and does not include it.
- Compare quotes on design, control over your content and recurring costs, not just on the total.
Frequently asked questions
- No. Website plans and maintenance plans are separate: a maintenance plan comes on top of the creation, it does not include it.
- Because a web application or a SaaS platform never has the same scope twice. €3,199 is the starting point; the quote sets out the chosen features and the matching amount.
- The applicable tax information is stated on the quote we give you.
- Your texts and images, yes: that's what the CMS in the Starter plan is for; for Business and Elite, we agree together on what you manage yourself. The Sérénité and Évolution plans also cover changes every month.
- Most projects are delivered within 7 to 14 days, depending on their complexity and how quickly feedback comes in. The timeline for your project is confirmed in our first conversation, once we know its scope and your content.
